Climate Smart Commodities projects range in scope to build and expand market opportunities for operations that implement climate-smart production practices on working lands to build soil health, sequester carbon and enhance productivity and commodity marketability.

INITIATIVES

The Regenerative Economies program is invested in finding solutions to foster sustainable and resilient economic growth within Native communities. With offerings such as regenerative financial planning, the program supports producers in preparing for loans and identifying financial solutions that align with regenerative economic principles. Additionally, IAC offers comprehensive business planning services, including development programming for beginning farmers and ranchers. The program also assists producers in navigating tax resources specific to agricultural operations, ensuring compliance and maximizing benefits. Risk mitigation is another key focus, where the program helps producers find the right insurance options and agents tailored to their unique needs, safeguarding their operations against potential risks.
